Ingredients:
For the Crepes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Nutella Cream Filling:
1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Prepare the Crepe Batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Let the batter rest for about 20 minutes for best texture.
Cook the Crepes:
Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, tilting to spread it thinly and evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is lightly golden, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
Make the Nutella Cream Filling:
In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gently fold in Nutella until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Crepes:
Spread a generous spoonful of Nutella cream onto each crepe, then fold or roll them up. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle extra Nutella on top.
